Sound other than selected with the tab plays

Greetings to all who love that sound of the king of instruments. I just installed the 216 on a win 7 computer with a Creative X-Fi Fatal1ty...titanium, platinum, can't remember. It got rid of the latency, but now certain tabs make voices sound other than what's on the tab, including the trems. Also although the delay is gone, so is the polyphony. Thanks for your hard work making this available to the everyorganist.

First the obligatory quick question: Is the crescendo pedal fully off?

Hi Jim, I just checked and operated the cresc pedal a few times to be sure. It is all the way off.

Do I understand correctly from your original message that you are loading miditzer.sf2 in the XFi Fatal1ty and directing the Miditzer output to the Fatal1ty rather than FluidSynth?

think your site has ben hacked. I un and re-installed the 216 and it was like i sucked in a virus. My security software went nuts.

First of all, reinstalling the software rarely solves a problem. Too late for you but I make this point every time someone tries reinstalling to solve a problem. Hopefully we can save a few people the effort in the future.

Second, from where did you download the Miditzer? The main site for it is downloads.com and they run a lot of virus screening so I would be surprised if that copy was compromised. However, a lot of other sites grab everything that downloads.com has to create their own download sites and who knows what is going on there. There is a local copy of the 216 here:
