If I play the marimba on the Accompaniment, it becomes re-it if I press the marimba stop on the solo.

I assume you meant to say Harp stop on the Acc.

The Marimba and the Harp are the same instrument on a Wurlitzer.
Marimba is reit and Harp is single stroke.  On a real Wurlitzer
you can play the Marimba on one manual and the Harp on the other as
long as you aren't playing the same note.  The Miditzer isn't
quite that accurate a reproduction of a real Wurlitzer.  On the
Miditzer, if you select the Marimba anywhere it will override the
Harp.

Same deal for Orchestra Bells and Glockenspiel.
